Mental Health Resources:


Mind is a charity that provides advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem.


Anxiety UK is a national registered charity formed in 1970, by Katharine and Harold Fisher, for those affected by anxiety, stress and anxiety based depression.


The Horsforth Centre consists of a group of independent practitioners and therapists who provide completely confidential counselling, coaching, psychotherapy, supervision and training in pleasant and relaxed surroundings in Horsforth, north Leeds.

The Wellness Society has put together a Coronavirus Anxiety Workbook that is free to access online.
